Underestimating your running costs<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Alongside over-paying in the first place, another huge profit-crunching mistake that investors make is to underestimate how much their investment is going to cost them to manage.<\/p>\n<p>It is very easy (and very tempting) to downplay the amount of time and money it will take to get your property to the rental market.<\/p>\n<p>But if you get this wrong, you can end up with serious cash flow issues.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"7-having-no-spare-funds\">7.
