in SA housing market"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p id=\"viewer-hkg6r\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _3M0Fe _2WrB- _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">The Real Estate Institute of South Australia has welcomed the Valuer-General\u2019s median house price data for the 2019 June quarter, with Vice President Robin Turner saying it shows that confidence had &#8220;returned to both vendors and buyers&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"viewer-ye9a6\" class=\"_2vd5k _208vH\">\n<div class=\"_3CWa- dhpWm dhpWm _3mymk\">\n<div data-hook=\"imageViewer\" class=\"_2kEVY\" role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\">\n<div class=\"_3WJnn _2Ybje\" aria-label=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-hidden=\"https:\/\/www.assuredpropertygroup.com.au\/\/single-post\/2019\/08\/13\/true\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.assuredpropertygroup.com.au\/\/single-post\/2019\/08\/13\/june-quarter-figures-show-all-is-well-in-sa-housing-market\" data-pin-media=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/5fe6f6_7f690b49e9834538ade864324493fdd4~mv2.jpg\/v1\/fit\/w_1000%2Ch_667%2Cal_c%2Cq_80\/file.jpg\" class=\"OzAYt _3ii3f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/5fe6f6_7f690b49e9834538ade864324493fdd4~mv2.jpg\/v1\/fit\/w_750,h_501,al_c,q_20\/file.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"viewer-gj8b8\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _3M0Fe _2WrB- _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">New data showing an increase in the number of house sales across metropolitan Adelaide and South Australia reflects the state&#8217;s appeal to investors and home buyers alike, the Real Estate Institute of South Australia says.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-mny2f\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _3M0Fe _2WrB- _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">The Valuer-General&#8217;s house price data for the June quarter indicates there was a quarterly increase of almost 10 per cent in the number of sales across metropolitan Adelaide, and about six per cent across South Australia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-uzjlb\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _3M0Fe _2WrB- _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">There has also been a capital gains growth of 2.38 per cent through the past year in metropolitan Adelaide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-kwuku\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _3M0Fe _2WrB- _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">The state&#8217;s median house price has maintained it&#8217;s record-breaking position from the last quarter, stabilising at $438,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-ziplo\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _3M0Fe _2WrB- _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">REISA Vice President Robin Turner said the figures showed there was great confidence in South Australia&#8217;s housing market, adding the state government should collaborate with REISA on issues within the sector going forward.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-xlikk\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _3M0Fe _2WrB- _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">\u201cThe latest figures show significant growth in median price over the last 12 months and a substantial increase in the number of sales over the last quarter,&#8221;
